** SMS plan includes 1000 Total (sent/received) messages then $0.04 per message and one SMS number. Additional SMS numbers can be purchased for $3.00 monthly.
***Payment Center processing fees are 2.9% + $0.30 per a transaction

No, only pay for the modules you signup for and you can add/remove modules at any time.
Are all ExamRoom Live modules HIPAA compliant?
The short answer is yes, but as with any form of compliance, your workflows must also be HIPAA compliant.
Can I have more than one eFax number?
Yes, you can add as many eFax numbers as you want for a $3 monthly charge per number.
Can I connect multiple office locations together over chat and share contacts/patients?
Yes, you can accomplish this by using a single ExamRoom Live account or creating an account for each location then reaching out to support so we can link them together for you.
